General Physiotherapy

At Evolution Physiotherapy Clinic, we are experts in pain treatment.
We treat acute or chronic musculoskeletal injuries from the initial stages until the patient's complete recovery.

Step by step: what is physiotherapy treatment like?

1. An initial assessment of the patient

During the first session we will conduct a clinical interview to determine the signs and symptoms present, as well as the history that may have triggered the current pathology. We will then proceed to a functional examination. If necessary, we will use ultrasound as a support tool to determine the damaged structures. Finally, we will explain to the patient their current situation and the treatment to be carried out to improve their quality of life.

2. Treatment

Once the causes of the problem are known through physiotherapy diagnosis and the personalized and appropriate treatment for the patient is chosen, we will work through physical therapy using manual techniques such as massage, fascial induction, joint mobilization, neurodynamics or therapeutic exercise.

1. Final guidelines

At the end of the session we will tell the patient the steps to follow at home until the next appointment.
