LCA Restart Program
Effective treatment for anterior cruciate ligament
Treatment plan aimed at patients who have undergone anterior cruciate ligament surgery and come to us in the middle of the rehabilitation process.
It is a plan designed for patients who, after several months of surgery, have been discharged without having completed the entire recovery process or who come from a type of rehabilitation that is scarce and unprofessional.
At Evolution, we assess the patient's current condition, listen to and study the previous treatment performed, and look for ways to safely and optimally reintegrate them into the healing process with the goal of achieving therapeutic success.
Aim:
- Correct real deficits and readjust objectives at each stage.
- Prepare for final phase.
- Avoid relapse.
Includes:
- 2–3 sessions/week.
- Load control.
- Strength training.
- Neuromuscular reprogramming.
