Meniscus Evolution Program
Guaranteed meniscus recovery techniques.
Treatment plan aimed at patients who have undergone meniscus surgery and who want to start or continue their recovery with guarantees.
After meniscal surgery, many patients improve in the early stages, but they don't fully recover knee function. Discomfort, limited mobility, instability, or restrictions in activities such as brisk walking, turning, or climbing stairs persist.
This occurs because not all meniscus injuries are the same, nor do all surgical treatments require the same rehabilitation.
At Evolution we analyze the type of injury you have had and the procedure performed.
A meniscectomy (partial removal of the meniscus) is not the same as a meniscal repair (tissue repair). Each has completely different timing, workload, and objectives.
Furthermore, the behavior of the meniscus depends on the affected area (more or less vascularization). The type of tear (horizontal, radial, bucket-handle, degenerative, etc.) and the condition of the associated cartilage also play a role.
We assess the current state of your knee, review the type of surgery, and analyze which parts of the recovery have not been completed correctly.
From there, we designed a structured plan to continue the process judiciously, respecting healing times when necessary and progressing the load when the knee allows it.
The goal is not just to eliminate pain… it's to restore a functional, stable knee that's ready for your activity.
